Carlos Hiraldo

Our blue planet
suspended
amidst
infinite space
above
and
below,
so fragile.

And I just saw
a photograph
of our squishy,
little fish,
a shock of gray light
floating
in the warm darkness
inside you.

I feel I can
shatter into
pieces.

  1. Read Carlos Hiraldo’s other poems by going to the Poets’ Page or the Easy Links to Poems page. This is the last of his first batch of submissions. I hope he sends in some more work.

  2. Fishing for attenuated outsourcing transforming himself.
